Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in each product being unique. Majority our products are handmade; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not defect. We make sure that we show what we sell hence our images are also not heavily edited however colors sometimes differ from phone to phone.

By Nirjari does not offer refund or return for change of mind.

An exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. (We would require a product unboxing video within 2 days of delivery)

If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us on bynirjari@gmail.com

• Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product.

~We provide an exchange within 2 days after receiving the product for any matters which include breakage/damage/wrong product. Kindly report us within the concerned time on our mail with proper proofs. We would require a product unboxing video. We would not be able to exchange if we don’t receive a clear unboxing video within 2 days of delivery.

~After the analyzation a return delivery can be initiated. ( You can send us the product back upon approval & we shall bear the shipping cost)

~Make sure to send the product in the exact same packaging.

~An exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days once we receive the faulty product back. If the same product is not available, you can purchase something else from the website of same or higher cost.
