About handmade products: 

Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in each product being unique. The irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not defect.

Brass & Handmade Finishing Disclaimer:

Our products are handcrafted using raw brass and traditional techniques. Due to this artisanal process, minor soldering marks, tool impressions, or slight surface variations may be visible. These are not defects, but natural characteristics of handmade brass jewelry and accessories, reflecting the human touch and authenticity behind each piece.

We make sure that we show what we sell hence our images are also not heavily edited however colors sometimes differ from phone to phone.

By Nirjari does not offer refund or return for change of mind.

An exchange or return will only be issued if the product is faulty or has been sent a wrong product from our end. (We would require a product unboxing video within 2 days of delivery)

If the product is damaged while in transit then kindly email us on bynirjari@gmail.com

  • Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product.

~We provide an exchange within 2 days after receiving the product for any matters which include breakage/damage/wrong product. Kindly report us within the concerned time on our mail with proper proofs. We would require a product unboxing video. We would not be able to exchange if we don’t receive a clear unboxing video within 2 days of delivery.

For Domestic orders:

- After the analyzation a return delivery can be initiated. 

- An exchange of the product will be done within 8-10 working days once we receive the faulty product back. If the same product is not available, you can purchase something else from the website of same or higher cost.

For International orders:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

As a small business, we take great care in quality checks and packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear image of the damaged product
  • Image of the outer packaging
  • Order details and invoice

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement (where feasible), or
  • Store credit (valid for 6 months)

Please note:

  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
