Shipping Policy
At By Nirjari, we use standard courier service which would be Anjani or Trackon courier. Once the order is received, processing time is 2 working days & product would get delivered in 8-10 working days.
If your area is not serviceable then do inform us by sending an email on orders@bynirjari.com as soon as you place an order. Also, if your order is not delivered in 10 working days then do reach out to us, we will help you resolve the issue.
Please note: We do not accept urgent orders. In no circumstances products can be delivered before 8-10 working days.
It may happen sometimes that the product is not delivered within 8-10 working days or returned to us due to some reason. However, do not worry. We will make sure your product reaches you. You can reach out to us on Instagram DM or email: bynirjari@gmail.com. We will assist you in 12-24 hours. Rest assured when you place an order with us. Our delivery success ratio is 100% in all these years.
Important: For undelivered goods, we wont be able to assist if the query is raised after 15 days as it gets difficult for us also to track & assist. Reach out to us on 8th day of placing the order if you haven’t received the product & provide us 24 hours to resolve the issue. Happy, safe & secured shopping 💕
