Your Right of Withdrawal

This right applies exclusively to consumers located in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are located outside the EEA (for example, in India, the USA, or any other non-EEA country), this form does not apply to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and cancellations in your region.

As a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the form below and submit it before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request.

Please note: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returning the Goods

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

If you do not return the goods within this 14-day period, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.

Please ensure the goods are returned in their original condition. We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is due to unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
